I recently bought Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning as a birthday present to my little brother, and while watching him play it on PS3, I eventually got an urge to get myself the PC version of the game. I've only played about seven hours, but so far I'm liking the experience. Combat is flashy, voice acting has been really nice (and NPC's have so much to say!), and colors seem magically bright after playing so many hours of Skyrim. I keep seeing some similarities to both Elder Scrolls series and Neverwinter Nights 2 (or Forgotten Realms in general), but since I love all of those games it's definitely not a bad thing. I feel that I'm slowly getting into the world of Amalur, and the whole destiny/fate concept is kind of growing on me. In other words: I'm having fun. So here is my KoA:R character, Dokkalfar (dark elf) mage Wren, entering Reckoning Mode to deal some serious damage.
This is an awesome game! I am so glad I saw this; I've never heard of it, and then looking through your gallery. . . It looked interesting. And I love it! Even turning on Skyrim seemed like work now, but this game is a refreshing and fun fantasy. Thanks 8D
One of these days I'll have to trawl through your gallery properly. I keep finding these gems that I have missed. I love the dramatic composition of this and the lightning makes it truly epic. Possibly I would have loved to see a little bit more of the elf's right hand.
Also, I love this. And all your art. omg ;u;
But otherwise fantastic.
Need more 'wwwwuuubb-fwooosh' though.
