This was an association I simply couldn't avoid when I ran across Camonna Tong gang in Morrowind the other day. I almost felt like telling them to wait couple hundred years and go talk to Ulfric - I'm sure they'd have a lot to discuss. In all fairness they didn't explicitly accuse me of being an Imperial spy, but I just couldn't help adding that comment since this time it was actually true (my character being a member of Blades and all).
