One of my favorite things about this event is how completely unfazed the NPCs are about everything that’s going on… *a zerg of skeletons rushing through the countryside, creaking and screeching as they go* “So, Geoff… How are your cabbages doing this year?”

Heh, one of the things I remember strongly about this year's Witches Festival, was when me and an Entire Group of players literally went and farmed the Wolf's Camp as well as the Nearby Daedric Anchor. Leveled up four times thanks to those guys. Best, Halloween, ever. :3
