Good thing Izalie has "Negotiator" feat and diplomacy skills that would make FBI crisis negotiators cry in envy - she needs every bit of them with party like this...
Sure, confrontations are fun to watch from this side of the screen but honestly, if I was Iz I would have probably wrecked my nerves long time ago. So I believe that she can appreciate that there is at least one person in the crew who doesn't constantly bicker with someone.
